Position Title: Creative PM Intern
Report to: Project Manager & Producer
Department: Creative
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Management & Coordination for photoshoots:
- Liase with Ecomm on product drops
- Liase with Wholesale on imagery needs
- Coordinate with wholesale on product tracking
- Coordinate shipping of sample returns to China
- Coordinate with Social on their equipment- help set up social shoot sets & lights.
- Key support for Model Castings working closely on Lookbook and social model casting &maintaining our model inventory and contact list
- Help managing storage and inventory of samples, styling (shoes, jewelry...), photo equipment, store
screen batteries & LED panels, display plinths, mannequins
PM:
- Maintaining organization of Dropbox and Lenovo- making sure all Airtable records include path for
working files
- Support PM in managing Airtable - for creative needs
- Liase with Vendors
- Help manage small scale projects from VM to website projects
VM Support for Market:
- Event set up & breakdown (moving rails, mannequins, sample coordination, ordering visual
merchandising supplies..)
- Coordinate with external vendors for timing and installation
Maintenance:
- Miscellaneous production tasks | i.e., picking up dry cleaning.
Needs:
- Works well under pressure, works well cross departmentally, detail oriented, strong direct
communication skills, creative background.
